Very beautiful

Really really good product. My second year in a row.

I recently purchased the Daily Ring Planner, and while I’m impressed by the product’s design and quality, my overall experience has been mixed.

The planner itself is stunning, with a beautiful layout, premium materials, and an abundance of pages. It’s quite large, so you’ll have plenty of space to plan and organize your days. If you love having lots of pages to work with, this is perfect, but keep in mind that the size might make it less portable.

Unfortunately, my experience was affected by a significant delay in the delivery of my order. Although the customer service team was polite and responsive, the delay was frustrating, especially given the festive season. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that the leather page marker I saw in promotional videos was not included. I later learned it’s only available with the black planners, which wasn’t clear on the website.

While the planner itself is excellent, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication about delivery timelines and product details. Clearer descriptions of what’s included in each product would help set better expectations for customers.

Despite these issues, I would recommend this planner to anyone looking for a stylish and practical way to stay organized, provided they’re okay with its size, potential delays, or minor confusion about included accessories.

I bought this agenda as a gift for a friend, the internal team helped me send a birthday message and taking off the price.
They were fast and effective at responding.
