Shipping & Delivery

Our EU Studio is closed between December 23rd - January 5th 

Order Processing Times:

 🎄 Current Processing Times: 

Orders placed between Dec 21st – Jan 5th will begin processing from Jan 5th, 2026. From Jan 5th onward, order processing times will be 3–5 business days. This is in addition to shipping time, which vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

 🛍️ Pre-Orders: 

Orders containing A4 Portfolios will be put on hold. Dispatch will start from December 29th 2025. This is in addition to the delivery time (see below).

Orders containing Wellness Journals will be put on hold. Dispatch will start from January 6th 2026. This is in addition to the delivery time (see below).

 

Delivery Timeframes:

❗️ Please note that due to increased global shipping volumes at this time of year, delivery times stated below are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once parcels leave our studio, we unfortunately have no control over delivery timeframes.

  • Shipments to the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) usually take 1-3 business days.

  • Shipments to rest of the EU usually take 5-10 business days.

 

General Shipping Information:

  • We currently ship to the Baltic States (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania), Poland, Austria, Belgium, Czech republic, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Finland, Germany, Sweden, France, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Romania, Spain.

  • Please note: If you're shopping outside of the EU, please visit our Global Store.

  • Our EU studio in located within Europe so there are no customs or extra charges.

  • We can only guarantee your order will leave our studio in time for the delivery. We CANNOT guarantee your order will arrive on time, as this is down to our shipping partners.

  • Unfortunately, we do not post to PO boxes. 

  • Import duties, taxes and any other charges are not included in the price and is the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are set by the destination country. Please check with your local customs office directly prior to placing the order.

  • Once your shipment is received by the carrier, we are no longer able to make changes to your order. Please make sure the shipping address is correct before placing your order. 

  • Most orders are shipped via DPD (door to door and Pick up shop deliveries available).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 10 business days for the parcel to arrive, you can follow the journey of your parcel via tracking link provided in your order dispatch notification email. Please note that the parcels are kept for 7 days in the pick up locations before they are returned back to us.

  • An item being sent to Europe is only considered lost (refund will be issued) if it’s not delivered within 25 working days after the date it was due to be delivered. Experience tells us items can still arrive within these timeframes.

  • Please note, if your order contains preorder items, it will be sent out together once all products are in stock. 

  • If the parcel is returned to us, it will not be re-sent. Please email us at europe@theinspiredstories.com to arrange another delivery and pay the additional shipping fees.
