Shipping information: Standard orders will be processed within 3-4 business days. Express orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method.
Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.
Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned.
