Shipping information: Standard orders will be processed within 5-7 business days. Express orders will be processed within 1-2 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method. 

Returns Policy: We offer refunds within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised items can’t be returned.

Beautifully made

I bought the pen, pen holder and the daily agenda for me as well as a gift for my sister. I loved them all. They are beautifully made, the quality and design is as portrayed in photos, plus they are made in Europe, something I personally value. The customer service did not disappoint me neither. I would certainly shop again.
