Shipping information: Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. This is in addition to the shipping time, which depends on location and delivery method. 

Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.

Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unused, unopened and unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned. 

Product(s) can be personalised with up to 5 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods). Please note personalisation costs an additional €5 per product or bundle. Personalised products are non-refundable.
