Your Right of Withdrawal

If you are purchasing a non-personalised product as a consumer in the European Union (EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

Important Information About Personalised Products

Most of our products are personalised and made to your specifications.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) does not apply to personalised or custom-made products. As a result, personalised products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun, unless they are faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

Returning Non-Personalised Products

Once you have informed us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us.

For our returns address, please email us at europe@theinspiredstories.com with your order number and returns request.

Returned items must be unused and returned in the same condition in which they were received. Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for return items lost in transit.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

Unless faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly, personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at europe@theinspiredstories.com.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly in accordance with your consumer rights.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

For valid withdrawals of non-personalised products, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.

Lost Deliveries

An item being shipped within Europe is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 20 working days after its expected delivery date. For destinations outside Europe, an item is considered lost if it has not been delivered within 25 working days after its expected delivery date.

Experience shows that parcels may still arrive within these timeframes, so we may ask you to wait until the applicable period has elapsed before issuing a replacement or refund.

Warranty

All products are covered by our 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. For full details, please refer to our Warranty Policy.

Changes to Orders

If you need to change your order or delivery address, please contact us at europe@theinspiredstories.com as soon as possible.

We aim to process orders quickly and therefore cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
