Festive Shipping Information (Dec – Early Jan)
Please note that our EU studio will be closed from December 23rd to January 5th. Orders placed during this period (after Dec 21st) will begin processing from January 5th.

From January 5th onward, order processing times will be 3–5 business days, in addition to shipping times, which vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.

Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.

Returns Policy: We offer refunds on unused, unopened and unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned. 

Bookbound Planners, Journals & Notebooks can be personalised with up to 5 characters, and Ring Binder Covers & Organisers can be personalised with up to 3 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods).

Please note personalisation costs an additional £5 per product, and personalised products are non-refundable.

Please note, colours may vary due to lighting and screen calibration. This is also a handmade product, which may shows signs of wear & tear overtime with use.
