Shipping Information (Dec – Early Jan) Please note that our EU studio was closed between Dec 23rd to Jan 5th. Orders placed during this period (after Dec 21st) will begin processing from January 5th.
From January 5th onward, order processing times will be 3–5 business days, in addition to shipping times, which vary depending on your location and chosen delivery method.
Pre-order details: Pre-orders/items on hold will be marked clearly on product pages with a dispatch date. Any order containing a pre-order/hold item will be put on hold and sent together until the date specified on the product page.
Returns Policy:We offer refunds on unused, unopened and unpersonalised products within 14 days of receipt. Please note personalised and outlet items can’t be returned.
Product(s) can be personalised with up to 5 characters (uppercase letters, numbers or periods). Please note personalisation costs an additional €5 per product or bundle. Personalised products are non-refundable.
